You can become a member of the 3 Rivers H.O.G. chapter by completing a membership application and paying the annual dues of $24.00 per member. The membership application can be completed at our sponsoring dealer, Jim Bailey's Harley Davidson 6315 Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne, IN, 46804 or attend your first chapter meeting and complete the application.
